Today's date is 15th of January 2017 & Day is Sunday. Today with full of joy & happiness we are celebrating 69th Indian Army Day dedicated to our Indian Army.

First of all i would like to wish you all a very Happy Indian Army Day .





It has been started celebrating to respect the Lieutenant General of India, K. M. Cariappa (Kodandera Madappa Cariappa) who was the first Indian Army organizing army parades including many
other military shows.

Indian. Army is the world's largest standing volunteer army and world's 3rd largest standing army following China & USA according to International Institute of strategic Studies. Its strength includes 11,29,900 active personnel and 9,60,000 reserve personnel.

It is head quarterd at New Delhi, Under the overall command, control, and. Administration of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS).
The primary responsibility of indian Army is to safeguard territorial integrity of the nation and ensure defence of Republic of india from external aggression, threats and to maintain peace and security within its borders. In addition, it also conducts humanitarian rescue operation during natural disasters
and other disturbances.

Its motto is ''Service before self''
Colour Gold,Red, Black.


The president of India is the commander in- chief of the army while the General, The chief of army Staff (COAS), is a four stars commander and commands the Army.
Why Army Day is Celebrated It is celebrated to pay homage and salute to the courageous and brave Indian soldiers who have been sacrificed their lives for protecting the country. Indian Arny General Kodandera Madappa Cariappa was succeeded the British Army General Roy Butcher and became
the first Commander-in-Chief of the independent India. Indian Army soldiers are always ready to
fight with all the hard times at Indian borders as well as with the natural disasters. They courageously face all the challenges and difficulties come their way to save the nation and people.

Indian army plays a great and big role during the disaster situations in the country as they are dedicated to the country to become theWarWinning Team. The day was decided to be celebrated as the army day in India to start paying tribute to the sacrificed Indian army soldiers at the At the Army Day celebration in Jammu and Kashmir, serving army personnel get the bravery and famed service awards (Sena medals, Vishist Seva medals and etc). The day has been marked to memorize the daring and bold Indian soldiers who lost their lives while protecting their nation.
Army Day Parade Army day parade during the army day celebration is carried out by the Indian
army soldiers (Indian army bands) which involves the exhibition of BLT T-72, T-
90 tanks, BrahmosMissile, Advanced Light Helicopters of the Army Aviation Corps and etc.

Difference Between Right And Wrong

Once many pupil from many parts of Japan came to attend seclusion weeks of meditation. During one of these gatherings One of them was caught stealing. Whole matter was reported to Bankei. All pupil requested Bankei to expel that person from gatherings but Bankei ignored the case.

Again that person was caught in similar act of stealing and again people demanded Bankei to detain that person from gatherings but Bankei refused.  Pupil who asked for dismissal of thief got angry and drew up a petition and stated that If the person who is stealing is not dismissed then all other people will leave the gathering.

This petition reached to Bankei. After reading petition he asked everyone to gather before him and said, “You are Wise Brothers. You know what’s right what’s wrong. You may go somewhere else to study if you wish but this brother doesn’t even know the difference between right and wrong. If i will not teach him then who will? I am going to keep him here even if you all leave.”

Tears came out of the person who had stolen and all desire to steal had vanished from his mind.

Moral:

If someone commits crime then sometimes we need to look deeper and we might just see that that person simply need to be shown right path. We also need to take time to teach them right and wrong.

                                    खुद का परिक्षण 

एक छोटा लड़का टेलीफोन बूथ पर गया जो की स्टोर के कॅश काउंटर पर ही रखा था. वह लड़का टेलीफोन के पास गया और उसने वहा से एक नंबर लगाया.

उस टेलीफोन बूथ के दुकान का मालिक उसे देख ही रहा था और उसकी बाते भी सुन रहा था :

लड़का- “आंटी, क्या आप मुझे आपके घर के मैदान (लॉन) की सफाई करने का काम दे सकती हो?

महिला (जो फ़ोन में उस बच्चे से बात कर रही थी)- “हमारे पास पहले से एक लड़का काम कर रहा है जो मेरे लॉन की सफाई करता है और उसकी देखभाल भी करता है”

लड़का- “आंटी, मै आपके लॉन की सफाई और देखभाल उस लड़के से भी आधे पैसो में कर दूंगा.”

महिला- अभी जो मेरे लॉन की सफाई और देखभाल कर रहा है, मै उसी से बहोत संतुष्ट हु. वो अपना काम अच्छे से कर रहा है.

लड़का (इस बार उसने बड़ी लगन से कहा)- “आंटी, मै लॉन की सफाई और कटाई के साथ-साथ फर्श और सीढियों को भी साफ़ कर दूंगा, वो भी मुफ्त में.”

महिला- “नहीं, धन्यवाद !”

एक अच्छी सी मुस्कान के साथ ही उस लड़के ने फ़ोन रख दिया. ये सब स्टोर का मालिक सुन रहा था, इसीलिए वो जल्दी से उस लड़के के पास गया….

स्टोर मालिक- “बेटा….मुझे तुम्हारा रवैया पसंद आया, मुझे तुम्हारी सकारात्मक (पॉजिटिव) सोच पसंद आई और मै तुम्हे एक जॉब देना चाहूँगा.”
लड़का- “नहीं, धन्यवाद !“

स्टोर मालिक- “लेकिन कुछ समय पहले तो तुम इसी के लिए उस महिला से प्रार्थना कर रहे थे.”

लड़का- “नहीं सर, मै तो बस अपने काम की जांच कर रहा था, जो मै पहले से ही कर रहा हु. मै खुद उसी महिला के लिए मैदान (लॉन) की सफाई का काम करता हु जिस महिला से मै अभी बाते कर रहा था!”

                                       “इसी को खुद का परिक्षण कहते है” 

   

किसी भी काम को आप अपनी पूरी लगन और मेहनत से कीजिये तभी दुनिया आपकी तारीफ करेगी. आज के इस आधुनिक युग में इमानदार लोगो की बहोत कमी है, मेहनत करने वाले इमानदार लोगो की हमेशा से मांग होती है. चाहे कोई भी काम क्यू ना हो हमें उस काम में अपना 100% देना चाहिये. क्यू की आपका दिया हुआ 100% ही आपको जीवन में आगे बढ़ाने में मददगार साबित होता है.

                                  बदलाव 

जिन्दगी में बहुत सारे अवसर ऐसे आते है जब हम बुरे हालात का सामना कर रहे होते है और सोचते है कि क्या किया जा सकता है क्योंकि इतनी जल्दी तो सब कुछ बदलना संभव नहीं है और क्या पता मेरा ये छोटा सा बदलाव कुछ क्रांति लेकर आएगा या नहीं लेकिन मैं आपको बता दूँ हर चीज़ या बदलाव की शुरुआत बहुत ही  basic ढंग से होती है | कई बार तो सफलता हमसे बस थोड़े ही कदम दूर होती है कि हम हार मान लेते है जबकि अपनी क्षमताओं पर भरोसा रख कर किया जाने वाला कोई भी बदलाव छोटा नहीं होता और वो हमारी जिन्दगी में एक नीव का पत्थर भी साबित हो सकता है | चलिए एक कहानी पढ़ते है इसके द्वारा समझने में आसानी होगी कि छोटा बदलाव किस कदर महत्वपूर्ण है |

           एक लड़का सुबह सुबह दौड़ने को जाया करता था | आते जाते वो एक बूढी महिला को देखता था | वो बूढी महिला तालाब के किनारे छोटे छोटे कछुवों की पीठ को साफ़ किया करती थी | एक दिन उसने इसके पीछे का कारण जानने की सोची |

          वो लड़का महिला के पास गया और उनका अभिवादन कर बोला ” नमस्ते आंटी ! मैं आपको हमेशा इन कछुवों की पीठ को साफ़ करते हुए देखता हूँ आप ऐसा किस वजह से करते हो ?”  महिला ने उस मासूम से लड़के को देखा और  इस पर लड़के को जवाब दिया ” मैं हर रविवार यंहा आती हूँ और इन छोटे छोटे कछुवों की पीठ साफ़ करते हुए सुख शांति का अनुभव लेती हूँ |”  क्योंकि इनकी पीठ पर जो कवच होता है उस पर कचता जमा हो जाने की वजह से इनकी गर्मी पैदा करने की क्षमता कम हो जाती है इसलिए ये कछुवे तैरने में मुश्किल का सामना करते है | कुछ समय बाद तक अगर ऐसा ही रहे तो ये कवच भी कमजोर हो जाते है इसलिए कवच को साफ़ करती हूँ |

        यह सुनकर लड़का बड़ा हैरान था | उसने फिर एक जाना पहचाना सा सवाल किया और बोला “बेशक आप बहुत अच्छा काम कर रहे है लेकिन फिर भी आंटी एक बात सोचिये कि इन जैसे कितने कछुवे है जो इनसे भी बुरी हालत में है जबकि आप सभी के लिए ये नहीं कर सकते तो उनका क्या क्योंकि आपके अकेले के बदलने से तो कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं आयेगा न |

महिला ने बड़ा ही संक्षिप्त लेकिन असरदार जवाब दिया कि भले ही मेरे इस कर्म से दुनिया में कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं आयेगा लेकिन सोचो इस एक कछुवे की जिन्दगी में तो बदल्वाव आयेगा ही  तो क्यों न  हम छोटे बदलाव से ही शुरुआत करें |
