3 Keys of Success सफलता के तीन नियम...by RATNESH YADAV

3 Keys of Success

By Ratnesh Yadav

3 Keys to Success in Life

(Stop)

(See)

(Change)

LIFE CHANGING STORY OF THOMAS EDISION ........RATNESH YADAV

One day Thomas Edison came home and gave a paper to his mother. He told her, “My teacher gave this paper to me and told me to only give it to my mother.” His mother’s eyes were tearful as she read the letter out loud to her child, “Your son is a genius. This school is too small for him and doesn’t have enough good teachers for training him. Please teach him yourself.”

Many years after Edison’s mother had died, Edison had become one of the greatest inventors of the century. One day he was going through the old closet and he found a folded letter which was given to him by his teacher for his mother. He opened it. The message written on th
e letter was, “Your son is mentally ill. We can not let him attend our school anymore. He is expelled.”
Edison became emotional reading it and then he wrote in his diary, “Thomas Alva Edison was a mentally ill child whose mother turned him into the genius of the century.”
Moral: A Mother’s love and upbringing can help change the destiny of a child.

Learn to appreciate.....by Ratnesh Yadav

Once upon a time, there was a man who was very helpful, kindhearted, and generous. He was a man who will help someone without asking anything to pay him back. He will help someone because he wants to and he loves to. One day while walking into a dusty road, this man saw a purse, so he picked it up and noticed that the purse was empty. Suddenly a woman with a policeman shows up and gets him arrested.
The woman kept on asking where did he hide her money but the man replied, “It was empty when I found it, Mam.” The woman yelled at him, “Please give it back, It’s for my son’s school fees.” The man noticed that the woman really felt sad, so he handed all his money. He could say that the woman was a single mother. The man said, “Take these, sorry for the inconvenience.” The woman left and policeman held he man for further questioning.
The woman was very happy but when she counted her money later on, it was doubled, she was shocked. One day while woman was going to pay her son’s school fees towards the school, she noticed that some skinny man was walking behind her. She thought that he may rob her, so she approached a policeman standing nearby. He was the same policeman, who she took along to inquire about her purse. The woman told him about the man following her, but suddenly they saw that man collapsing. They ran at him, and saw that he was the same man whom they arrested few days back for stealing a purse.
He looked very weak and woman was confused. The policeman said to the woman, “He didn’t return your money, he gave you his money that day. He wasn’t the thief but hearing about you son’s school fees, he felt sad and gave you his money.” Later, they helped man stand up, and man told the woman, “Please go ahead and pay your son’s school fees, I saw you and followed you to be sure that no one steals your son’s school fees.” The woman was speechless.

Moral: Life gives you strange experiences, sometime it shocks you and sometimes it may surprise you. We end up making wrong judgments or mistakes in our anger, desperation and frustration. However, when you get a second chance, correct your mistakes and return the favor. Be Kind and Generous. Learn to Appreciate what you are given.

All about PM Narendra Modi......Ratnesh Yadav

.
practice…practice….practice….

The 4 Best Kept Secrets To Success & Happiness

The 4 Best Kept Secrets To Success & Happiness......Ratnesh Yadav

People often ask me to share with them the basis of my own success. I think the secret to success involves 4 things. Here they are:

1) Always Listen to Your Inner
Guidance

First, I have always listened to my inner guidance. I listened to what I was interested in and pursued it with all of my heart and soul. I was always willing to let go of where I was literally and figuratively in order to follow my dreams and achieve my life goals .

By the time I was 15 I had  attended three universities, taken more than 100 workshops, read over 1,000 books, and listened to more audio programs than I can count. I have always been a voracious learner, and by honoring my desire to increase my own self-awareness, I also discovered ways to help others be more successful in every area
of their lives.

You were born with an inner guidance system that tells you when you are on or off purpose by the amount of joy you are experiencing. The things that bring you the greatest joy are in alignment with your purpose.

Follow the things in your life that bring you the most joy, and dedicate yourself to always improving.

2) Work Hard and Passionately
for What You Want

Second, I was willing to work hard.Because I was passionate about my work.I worked long hours, approached every task with excellence, and devoted myself to never-ending improvement in every area of my work and my life. Whenever you set out to improve your skills, change your behavior, or better your family life or business, beginning in small, manageable steps gives you a greater chance of long-term success.
Doing too much too fast not only overwhelms you (or anyone else involved in the improvement), it can doom the effort to failure—thereby reinforcing the belief that it’s difficult, if not impossible, to succeed.
When you start with small, achievable steps you can easily master, it reinforces your belief that you can easily improve.

3) Surround Yourself With
Great People

Third, I learned early on that life is a team sport. I always surrounded myself with partners, co-authors, and great staff with whom I shared generously. One of the main secrets of success and successful people is that they constantly seek out guidance and advice from
experts in their field. You can do the same and find great partners and
mentors. Set aside some time and make a list of the people you would like to ask to mentor you. Then approach them and ask for their help.
Be prepared to give your mentors something in return. Even if it’s
something simple such as keeping them updated on industry information or calling with new opportunities that might benefit them, look for ways to give to your mentors. Help others, too. What a
great reward to any mentor—to eventually have their former protégé out in the world mentoring others!

4) Love What You Do, and
Teach Others What You Know

Fourth, I have always sincerely cared about the people I serve, sometimes to a fault. But, I truly love people, and I love how I feel when I watch them wake up and successfully apply the principles and
strategies I have taught them. I love what I do, and I love the people for whom I do it.
